The agreement, kept readable

These Terms govern your use of MyERPCert, operated by Ace Business Services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What MyERPCert is (and isn't)

MyERPCert is an independent practice and study platform for ERP/WMS certifications. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, ASCM/APICS, or any other vendor or certification body. Any in-app badge or completion marker is a private proof of practice — it is not a vendor certification and does not replace sitting the official exam.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and don't share your account. One account per person.

Subscriptions, billing & renewal

MyERPCert offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan ($39 / month). Paid plans are billed in advance and automatically renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period. Billing, renewal, and refunds are described in our Billing & Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •resell, sublicense, or share access to the service or its content;
• •scrape, bulk-download, or copy the question banks, scenarios, or curriculum;
• •reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source or models, or abuse the AI tutor (e.g. automated/bulk querying);
• •use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• •disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.

Intellectual property & trademarks

The platform, its original scenarios, question banks, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. Third-party product names and marks (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only nominatively to describe the systems we help you practice — no ownership or affiliation is claimed.

AI tutor

The AI coach is a study aid. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not professional, legal, or guaranteed exam advice. Always confirm exam-critical details against official vendor sources before relying on them.

Service "as is"; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee you'll pass any exam or achieve any outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, the license above ends.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll change the effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: hello@myerpcert.com.
