Your data, plainly explained

MyERPCert (“we,” “us”) is an independent ERP/WMS certification-practice platform operated by Ace Business Services . This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can to run the service, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• •Account information: your email address, an optional display name, and a password (stored hashed by our auth provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google — nothing else.
• •Learning activity: your progress: scenarios run, quiz attempts and scores, certifications tracked, streaks, and time spent. This is what powers your dashboard and progress.
• •Billing information: if you upgrade to Pro, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number — we receive only a customer/subscription reference and billing status.
• •AI tutor inputs: when you use the in-app AI coach, the questions and the on-screen context you submit are sent to our AI inference provider to generate a response. Don't paste sensitive personal data into the tutor.
• •Basic technical data: standard request/log data (IP, browser type, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account; to save and show your learning progress; to process subscription payments; to provide the AI tutor; to keep the service working and prevent abuse; and to respond to you when you contact us. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we don't run ad-tracking pixels.

Who processes your data (sub-processors)

We rely on a small set of reputable providers, each only for its stated purpose:

• •Supabase — authentication and database hosting (your account + progress).
• •Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• •Google — optional “Sign in with Google” authentication.
• •Groq — AI inference for the in-app tutor.
• •Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and security practices. We share only what each needs to do its job.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies — the session/authentication cookies that keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and learning data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we delete it (subject to any records we must retain for legal or billing reasons, e.g. Stripe transaction records). You can request deletion any time at the contact below.

Your rights & choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have additional rights, including to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us — we'll respond within a reasonable time and won't charge you for a routine request.

Children

MyERPCert is intended for working professionals and adult learners. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
