Billing & Refund Policy
Effective June 13, 2026
The free tier is free forever (full access, 1 hour per day, no card required). Pro is $39 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
Pro renews automatically every monthon the date you subscribed, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We'll only change the price with advance notice, and never for a period you've already paid for.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing(which opens the secure Stripe customer portal), or by emailing us. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period and then stops — you're not charged again. Cancelling is immediate and doesn't require contacting support.
If MyERPCert isn't right for you, email hello@myerpcert.com within 7 days of your first Pro chargeand we'll refund it in full — no hassle. After that first-week window, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future billing (and you keep access until the period ends).
Nothing here removes any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country or state.
